In fact, everyone in the Casavant family has been riding and competing their whole lives. Not surprisingly we’ve learned a lot about horses and riders over the years. There’s no way around it: a big side of riding is tactile and intuitive. You need to develop a feel for horses. You have to learn trust your own instincts as well as those of your mount.
